Steve Shearer is a Managing Director and Corporate Treasurer at Hudson, responsible for overseeing cash management, custody, liquidity forecasting, and credit facilities. Mr. Shearer has 32 years of experience in banking and treasury.
Prior to joining Hudson in 1999, Mr. Shearer was the assistant treasurer and director of financial planning at Quaker State Corporation, where he oversaw treasury and budgeting and advised on merger and acquisition activity.
Mr. Shearer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
