Rafael A. Colorado is a Managing Director and Senior Counsel at Hudson, responsible for focusing on underwriting and asset management services in North America and Latin America. Mr. Colorado has practiced law for 16 years.
Mr. Colorado first joined Hudson 2008. In 2012, he joined the law firm of Perkins Coie LLP, where he supported clients in various types of mortgage banking transactions. In 2016, Mr. Colorado rejoined Hudson. Prior to 2008, Mr. Colorado was an attorney with Countrywide Financial and an accountant with Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Colorado holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and earned a JD, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and Licensed by the Texas State Bar.
