Michele Barbara
Managing DirectorMichele Barbara is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for equity and debt capital markets activity within the corporates division in Europe and Asia.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2018, Mr. Barbara served as a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan in the investment banking division for 13 years. Mr. Barbara has many years of transaction experience in the financing of leveraged buyouts for various European companies.
Mr. Barbara holds an undergraduate degree in business administration and an MSc degree in quantitative finance and risk management, both from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
