Alex GrauManaging Director
Alex Grau is a Managing Director at Hudson, responsible for overseeing the asset management of corporate private equity-related investments in both North America and Latin America. Mr. Grau has 16 years of experience in private equity, managing corporate equity and debt investments across a variety of industries and spanning performing and non-performing deals.
Prior to joining Hudson in 2017, Mr. Grau worked as a principal at American Capital, where he held similar responsibilities. Mr. Grau also has four years of experience in strategy consulting roles with McKinsey & Company and Strategic Pricing Group (acquired by Deloitte).
Mr. Grau holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Joseph Wharton Fellow. Mr. Grau also holds an inactive certified insolvency and restructuring advisor (CIRA) designation from the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
